Welcome to In the Classroom this is the area where you can get resources and also ideas about how you and your school can do the same as what we have done here at Kingsmead with our pigeons and how we have introduced them into the curriculum.

We have been able to integrate our pigeon project into all areas of the school from Art to English, Mathematics to Geography we really have been able to get a wide range of activities for our students.

As you will see you do not have to have a pigeon loft at your school to get involved!

Please have a look at each area and see how we are using Racing Pigeons in everyday school life. Scorll over "In the Classroom" on the top tool bar and you will see a list of subject areas where the project is having an effect on learning and also extracurricular.
